JOB DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/PLANTWIDE
* Performs the Installations, Calibration, Repair, Maintenance (Corrective and Preventative) of Electrical, Electronic and Pneumatic Instruments and Devices such as Magnetic Contactors, Relays, Timers, Counters, Solenoid Valves, Cylinders, Directional Valves, Variable Frequency Drives, Soft Starter Drives, Different types of Sensors (Capacitive, Inductive and Photo), P/I Pressure to Current Converters, I/P Current to Pressure Converters, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Transmitters, Load Cell and Weigh Transmitters, P/D Controllers, Process Control Valves that are used in different Machines, Equipment and Control System Plant wide.
* Design and programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) ladder diagram for major project and upgrading and commissioning of existing electrical control system from manual operation into semi or fully automatic operation.
* Makes preliminary design using the above mentioned instruments and devices for the revision and modification on the machine and equipment and upon the approval of the Electrical and Instrument Supervisor who implements, tests and document it.
* Installation of Telephone/Intercom Unit in all Department Heads or Section Areas (Admin., Engineering and Production).
* Performed preventive maintenance of all motors plant wide such as in Production areas, like Milk Processing and Milo Processing etc.

* Assist in the programming and program modification of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Electronic Operator's Interfaces.
* Configures Smart Motor Drives and Instruments assigned and submit the necessary documentation.
* Assist in the implementation of newly installed or established Electrical/Instrumentation and System Designs.
* Operates and performs troubleshooting on Electric Power Substation and Distribution System and also prepares and executes all Preventive Maintenance activities for Electric Power Substation and Distribution System.
* Reviews and updates Electrical Instrumentation and Automation Drawings. Provides feedback to the Supervisors on changes or discrepancies found in the drawing or documents against actual installation.

SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Comprehensive and extensive work experience in power systems related to Oil and Gas Petrochemical refineries as well as in Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Residential Electrical facilities with advance knowledge of Electrical network protective devices and systems in process plants, likewise in High voltage distribution systems at different voltage levels.
2. Main Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to; Performing Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Electrical Equipment Facilities, including Substations. Diagnose and Remedy, Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Testing and Repair of wide range of Instrumentation, Electronic, Pneumatic, and Electrical Control and Protection Systems, and Microprocessor Logic Controller based on control equipment.
3. Define, review, establish and manage routine preventive and corrective maintenance plan all Electrical Systems in all operational areas of the refinery. Similarly, maintain and audit inventory for spare parts related to refinery power system, analyze and interpret Electrical drawings, design and working plans and prepares pertinent documents and test reports. Furthermore, well versed and adept with ANSI/IEEE Standard and National Electrical Code.
4. Has the competent experience in respect to diagnose and remedy faults, carry out testing and maintenance on variety of electrical equipments such as: Distribution Transformers, Station Transformers, MV Switchgears, Vacuum Contactors, MV Circuit Breakers, Bus bar, HV test Indoor Switchgear, Voltage Transformers, Current Transformers, Transformer Stability, Lockout Relay, Voltmeters, Ammeters, UPS, Protective Relays, Variable Frequency Drives, LV Motor Control Center and Distribution Panel.
5. Have good knowledge of Safety Practices relating to Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Industry. Has a comprehensive training and experience in Safety procedure with regards to inspection and testing, safety of personnel in work areas, work and operational verifications, operational responsibility, safety procedures in measuring equipments and tools, induced voltages, current transformers, voltage transformers, power capacitors and high voltage cables, low voltage switchgear, batteries, convertors, fuses, insulated tools and circuit breakers.
6.
