Entreprises

  • Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles - CNRS - Engineer in analytical chemistry

2008 - maintenant I was engineer at the ICSN - Department of Mass Spectrometry.
My task was to study the lipid profil of cystic fibrosis disease using chemometric approaches (PCA, clustering, genetic algorithms). The data were produced by Tof-SIMS imaging. The results were published in the J. Lipid Res., http://dx.doi.org/10.1194/jlr.M008870
  • Royal Melbourne Institute of Technologie university (Department of chemistry), Australia - Research Assistant

    2006 - 2007 Study of food flavorings using GC & GC-dimensional techniques.
A chemometrical approach (PCA) was used to analyse the data collected by SPME-GC-MS in order to characterize the different volatile compounds from roasted coffee and to discriminate the different varieties (Arabica / Robusta) and their origins.
  • Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique (CEA) - Engineer

2005 - 2006 Treatment of scientific and technical literature in the nuclear field to integrate in the INIS database (International Nuclear Information System).
  • Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM-JRC), Belgium - Assistant Engineer

2004 - 2005 Assistant Engineer in the Food Safety and Quality unit at IRMM (Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements, European Commission, Belgium).
Development of a method for detecting peanut allergens by 2D electrophoresis, (SDS-PAGE and DIGE) and mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS).
